These terms cover your use of aniamventures.com and the services offered by Aniam Ventures LLC ("Aniam", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
What we do
Aniam builds AI-operations into businesses (consulting and setup sprints), and offers related self-serve products and education. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or order at the time you engage us.
Inquiries & bookings
Submitting a form or booking a call is a request to talk — it is not a binding contract for paid work. A paid engagement begins only when both sides agree in writing. Prices shown on the site are current offers and may change.
Digital products — all sales final
Our digital products (the AI Influencer Starter Kit, the Build Your AI Influencer Mini-Course, and the Creator Bundle) are delivered instantly by download once payment clears. Because delivery is immediate and the product can't be returned, all sales of digital products are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges, including change-of-mind.
If a download arrives broken or incomplete, or the product materially differs from its product page, contact us at contact@aniamventures.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — a working replacement file first, and where we can't deliver one, a refund of that purchase.
Service orders (UGC content packs and Done-For-You builds) are custom work; their scope and delivery are confirmed on your kickoff call.
No guarantees
We share honest, specific recommendations, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Information on this site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniam Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free materials. Paid engagements are governed by the limitations set out in their own agreement.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide the service you requested.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where Aniam Ventures LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
